Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your return is approved, a refund notification will be sent via email.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
